Colin Mattoon – Ministry Director
Colin grew up outside Portland, Oregon. He became a Christian while he was a college student at American University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Political Science. He also holds a Masters's Degree in Divinity from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon. Colin has been a Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, Church Planter, and Hospice Chaplain. He is married to Marianne and they have two kids, Davis and Ellie. Colin enjoys golfing, working out, watching the Seattle Seahawks and Oregon Ducks, and preaching the Bible. “I am excited and passionate about helping churches fulfill the Great Commission by reaching the kids and families of Southern Nevada. Marianne Mattoon – Office Manager
Marianne grew up in central Louisiana. She attended Louisiana College where she earned a B.A. in Christian Education and Western Seminary where she earned a Masters's Degree in Divinity, focused on World Ministries (Missions). Marianne has served as a Children’s Ministry Director and Office Manager for several churches. Marianne is a busy mom of two young kids who fondly remembers when she had free time and hobbies like running and baking. She is also a talented artist. Marianne is a huge blessing to Good News Clubs and enjoys working with churches and Christians in Southern Nevada to help them reach kids and families with the Gospel!
Vicki grew up in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area of Arizona. She received Christ as her Savior and Lord while in High School and chose to attend a Christian University, Taylor University in Indiana. There she was able to grow in the Lord, as she pursued her desire to teach art, and ultimately received her B.A. in Art Education, certified to teach K-12. There she, also, met and married her love and best friend, Ron, who grew up in Michigan. Vicki has worked with and taught all ages, from 2-year-olds to adults. She served as a BSF Children’s Supervisor, taught in churches both children and Women’s Bible Studies, and taught in Christian schools on all levels K-adult, mainly Art and Bible. She, also, enjoys bicycling and hiking. Ron and Vicki have 3 grown daughters and 8 grandkids. Vicki has been involved in CEF and Good News Clubs for 24 years and has served on staff for the last 5 years, since retiring from full time teaching.
